Abstract
The tower-of-Babel problem is rather general: How to enable a collaboration
among experts speaking different languages? A computer security
version of the tower-of-Babel problem is rather important. A recent Microsoft
solution for that security problem, called Security Assessment Sharing,
is based on this idea: A tiny common language goes a long way. We
construct simple mathematical models showing that the idea is sound.
